The Fragrance
The top notes open with a cascade of invigorating citrus notes of bergamot and petitgrain, accompanied by the finest nutmeg. At the heart, the scent of palo santo, the “sacred wood” from South America, unfolds with its characterful woody, slightly sweet note that is faintly reminiscent of coconut. The exquisite wood note is enfolded in earthy, bitter, very masculine Haitian vetiver and balmy amber-like labdanum essence. In the base notes, three stars of the perfumer’s art form a charismatic aroma: captivating olibanum, sensual tonka bean and alluring musk.
